rental spaces

"the gallery"

A 900 square foot space just beyond The Market & Bistro. On a daily basis, The Gallery is available for all to sit with a cup of coffee, enjoy a bite from the bistro, or to work away from your desk. It is also a space that is available for rent, can be closed off for privacy, and fits 30 people comfortably. 

"The loft"

A 1,700 square foot space above The Gallery that is a perfect blank canvas for any event you may need, think: community meetings, classes, art exhibits, birthday parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and more. Fits 40 people comfortably.    

"pod casts"

Four semi-private, comfortable pods available in The Loft. Ideal space for one-on-one or small group meetings, study and/or tutoring, or a change of pace from your ordinary office, in any arrangement that you see fit.
